Follow Your Passion - New "Wellbeing & Photography" Blog Category

Time for me to get a little bit more personal with you. I mean, you've seen my work and my Facebook page, you might know some of my story, you might not. If you know me, you're aware that after photography, I am also passionate about health, sport and nutrition. I cycle 10.000 KM a year on my bike, I swim, run and I've changed completely the way I eat. In fact I've switched from a high-carb, high-sugar to a low-carb diet transforming completely how I feel and look inside & out.
You are probably asking yourself, what all of this has to do with photography?
As a portrait photographer my job is to capture the best version of yourself, your inner beauty. Beauty is not only on the outside, but it shines out from inside of you too. Inner beauty is being comfortable with who you are, doesn't matter your size or body type. The real beauty is being healthy, confident and strong, having perfect skin, eyes, hair, nails, balanced mood and good sleep.
Personality traits also affect how one is perceived. A "perfect" physiognomy can turn "ugly" if its possessor exhibits arrogance, immaturity, or lack of intelligence. Conversely, physically unattractive individuals with warm and outgoing ("radiant") personalities can appear "beautiful."
I've created as part of my blog a new category called "Wellbeing & Photography", that will contain posts about "wellbeing" and that at the same time are related to portrait photography. I will try to insert information that are backed up by scientific facts and study.
